Biocomputing

Here we have available scripts or programs that we find useful, and numerous coordinate files and GROMACS topologies for different membrane and membrane protein systems.

I'm interested in hearing about other sites that have phospholipid coordinates. Three I know of:

• Scott Feller: DOPC, POPC and DPPC
• Helmut Heller: POPC in different phases
• Mikko Karttunen (DPPC, software)
